All of our orders are shipped from the US.

We do not restock. All of our styles are hand block printed in small batches only once. We are always working on new colour combinations of our favourite prints. We recommend signing up to our email list so you never miss out on fresh styles.

To initiate a return, please submit your details on our returns portal. The charge for a prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Final sale orders cannot be returned. You can find our full returns policy here

Once your order has been placed and you have received a confirmation email, it cannot be edited or canceled.

Please reach out to our customer service if your order has been lost or stolen. Note that any cases raised for a lost or stolen package can take up to 20 days. SZ Blockprints is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required delivery.  

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, and may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.

You may find some small but unexpected marks on the fabric. These are tiny dye droplets and are a normal echo of the printing process, signifying the handmade nature of our products, each of which is entirely unique.

All of our pieces are OEKO TEX 100 Standard certified. This means that each product meets the highest global standards that guarantee it has been produced without any harmful chemicals or substances.

All of our styles are true to size, and intended to be worn as a loose style. We recommend taking a look at our size chart here. We also include useful measurements for each style in the product description.

All of our hangtags are made using pulp from the textile industry waste.

All of our styles come packed in a 100% compostable polybag.

We ship all of our orders with recyclable kraft mailers, boxes and recyclable tape.

The SZ Block Club is an annual special members club each calendar year. The more block print you shop, the higher the print level you go, and the more perks you'll receive.

It is automatic, so as soon as you place 2 orders, you'll become a member at the Patti Print level.

Your level in the Block Club is based on the number of orders you have placed within the calendar year (January - December). If you need help figuring out what level you are, please email us - hello@szblockprints.com

Yes, every membership expires on December 31st of each year.

All Padra Print members will receive their lunchbox in the January of the following year. For example, if you were a Padra Level member in 2023, you will receive your lunchbox in January 2024.
