Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! All of our orders are shipped from the US.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please submit your details on our returns portal. The charge for a prepaid sipping label will be deducted from your refund. Final sale orders cannot be returned. You can find our full returns policy here.
What's my size?
All of our styles are true to size, and intended to be worn as a loose style. We recommend taking a look at our size chart here. We also include useful measurements for each style in the product description.
Can I edit or cancel my order if it hasn't been delivered yet?
Once your order has been placed and you have received a confirmation email, it cannot be edited or canceled.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, and may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
OEKO TEX 100 Standard certified.
All of our pieces are OEKO TEX 100 Standard certified. This means that each product meets the highest global standards that guarantee it has been produced without any harmful chemicals or substances.
I have dye drops on my piece.
You may find some small but unexpected marks on the fabric. These are tiny dye droplets and are a normal echo of the printing process, signifying the handmade nature of our products, each of which is entirely unique.
Block Club FAQs
How does the Block Club work?
The SZ Block Club is an annual special members club each calendar year. The more block print you shop, the higher the print level you go, and the more perks you'll receive.
It is automatic, so as soon as you place 2 orders, you'll become a member at the Patti Print level.
What level am I?
Your level in the Block Club is based on the number of orders you have placed within the calendar year (January - December). If you need help figuring out what level you are, please email us - hello@szblockprints.com
Does my membership expire?
Yes, every membership expires on December 31st of each year.
